With just as much fanfare because it could muster, Hyatt replaced its loyalty program, Gold Passport, on March 1 together with the World of Hyatt program. If not negative, Travelers were largely unimpressed.
Hyatt now announced its initial network-wide advertising. As such, it’s a chance for Hyatt to make a statement concerning the commitment of the company and the new program’s generosity to its members.
