For select flights on the 10 partner airlines, Mileage Plan members can earn double miles during September 30:

The bonus applies to coach fares, but maybe not all.

What makes than a home run is that the number of eligible flights. For example, the miles are only offered from Seattle, San Francisco, San Jose, and San Diego to London on British Airways ‘flights. Similar limitations apply to the eligible flights on another participating airlines.
Obey the fare codes that are qualifying. A number of the more lower-priced discounts fares might not be, while the fares are eligible for the bonus miles. Check to confirm.
